By accessing the website at brainypeacock.in and booking our clinical services, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

Brainy Peacock is a registered trademark and a unit of Vallabhi Wellbeing Institute (OPC) Private Limited, Udaipur, Rajasthan.

2. Clinical Services & Medical Disclaimer

The psychological services, assessments, and counselling sessions provided by Brainy Peacock are conducted by qualified professionals registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).

3. Booking & Payment Policy

• Consultation Fees: All fees must be paid in full at the time of booking via our secure payment gateway (Razorpay).
• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process.
• Slot Availability: While we strive for real-time synchronization with Cal.com, in rare cases of technical error, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment to the next available slot.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We value your time and the time of our clinicians. Our refund policy is as follows:

• More than 24 hours notice: Full refund or 100% credit towards a future session.
• Less than 24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee will apply.
• No-show: No refund will be provided for appointments missed without prior notification.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment once at no extra cost if requested at least 12 hours in advance.

5. Confidentiality & Data Privacy

All patient records and session details are strictly confidential. We adhere to the highest ethical standards of the Indian Association of Clinical Psychologists (IACP).

6. Tele-Health Consent

By booking an online session, you consent to receive psychological services via video conferencing. You are responsible for ensuring a private, quiet space and a stable internet connection for the duration of the session.
